The family suites offer a main room with a double bed plus another room that can be separated with a door or wall partition, and that offers bunk beds plus a sofa bed. Every room has its own TV. They offer bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There is family suites in the Saturno and Jupiter buildings. More information. Since 1979, our world-class wings, curated craft beer menus, and love for our home teams have set the scene for friends and family to gather and celebrate moments of all sizes. We offer an experience focused on quality, driven by outstanding service, and supported by those who are proud to call Taco Mac their home bar.

With more than 3,000 square feet, the Alice MacKay room is a great space for private events for up to 200 guests. Wedding receptions and seasonal parties will enjoy a spacious room that still feels warm and intimate. The hardwood dance floor is lit by adjustable lighting 12 feet overhead. There is ample reception space outside the Alice MacKay room and a nearby, separate coat check room.

Choose your preferred caterer, beverage options, decorator, DJ and photographer to customize your special event in the Alice MacKay room. We can help you find the right provider for decorative lighting and other technical support.

Venue and Equipment

The Alice MacKay Package includes:

  • Room booking from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m., which allows ample time for decorating and catering setup.
  • Caterer’s servery.
  • Dressing room furnished with washroom, sinks and full-length mirror.
  • Extra reception space in the Moat can be used for coat check, buffet or bar.
  • Petrov 7-foot grand piano.
  • Staging for a head table for up to 12 people.
  • Setup using our tables and chairs (up to 20 round tables, 10 rectangular tables and 200 chairs).

Services and Support Personnel

The Alice MacKay Package includes these services:

  • Detailed consultation with Conference Centre staff to customize your event and conduct site visits with your decorator, caterer and other support services.
  • One security guard onsite during your event (extra guards, if needed, will be charged separately).
  • Janitorial service to monitor your event and clean up afterwards.
  • Setup assistance and event support from Conference Centre staff for your event.
